HOT DIP GALVANIZING
Hot dip galvanizing is carried out by dipping the laminate in a bath containing molten zinc. A subsequent process, called skinpass, smoothes the surface, making it suitable for pre-painting. The three coating lines can produce at a rate of between 100 and 150 meters per minute for traditional thickness.

PAINTING
The two painting lines use the process known as coil-coating. The production phases are in sequence: degreasing the surface, chemical pre-treatment, wet paint primer preparation, baking, application of the top wet paint, baking and rolling of the coil. The line speeds range from 60 m / min for the painting of products destined for appliances; up to 150 m / min for pre-painted products used for construction purposes. Stringent laboratory controls pilot the production process and test the material for the customer.
